One of the great parts of living in Brentwood, LA is that you have easy access to the outdoors. Lots of people who live in Brentwood enjoy staying in shape, and because it is warm and sunny throughout the year, you have plenty of opportunities to exercise outside. Because there are so many options to explore, what are some of the best places where you can get an outdoor workout in Brentwood, Los Angeles? 

1. Natural Pilates 

If you are looking for a great workout that blends cardio and strength training, you may want to try Natural Pilates. There are two locations available, and one of them is in Brentwood! There are plenty of classes available, and each one is taught by a qualified instructor. Furthermore, you can customize your experience to meet your needs and skill level. Regardless of how in shape (or out of shape) you are, Natural Pilates could be for you. 

2. Holmby Park 

If you want an easy way to get your exercise in, you should consider swinging by Holmby Park! Just a few miles from Brentwood, there are plenty of exercises you can do! For example, you might be looking for a running trail, which you will find at the park! Or you might simply want an open field where you can do some push-ups, sit-ups, and kettlebell exercises. Because Holmby Park has so much available, there are plenty of outdoor exercises and workouts you can perform! 

3. The Westridge Trailhead 

Perhaps you want to incorporate some hiking into your workout. If that is the case, you should check out the Westridge Trailhead, which is not that far outside of town. If you are looking for a true hike with some elevation changes, you can find it at the trailhead. Or, if you are looking for a trail that is more conducive to a run, you can find that as well! One of the best parts of hiking a running in this location is that you can reward yourself with some amazing views of the surrounding area. 

4. Spiker Aquatic Center 

If you want to do some cross-training, you should consider swimming. This is a great way to get your cardio and strength training at the same time, and you can work just about every muscle in your body. There are plenty of outdoor pools in the area, but one of the best locations is the Spiker Aquatic Center. You do need to call ahead to make sure there is not a swimming meet going on, but you should consider swimming some laps in this gorgeous pool! Just make sure you don't lose your way if you are looking up at the sun!
